Receive Payment Reminders Automatically 

Stay informed about your payment due dates. Get payment reminders via text message.

Customers who have provided us with a cell phone number will receive a text reminder when payment is due. No signing up required. Our payment reminder text messages are simple and secure.

Want the convenience of text message payment reminders? Visit any Branch or contact our Customer Service Team to verify if we have your cell phone number on file. Call our Customer Service department at 1-800-745-1011 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Payment Reminder Text Message FAQs

For privacy reasons, the text message just includes the day and time your payment is due. No personal information (name or loan amount) is included. For example, a payment reminder text message may read like this: "From Moneytree: Your loan payment is scheduled for deposit today at 7 PM PT. Payments can be made prior to that time at any open Moneytree. Questions? 1-888-394-0148. For help reply HELP."

You can pay your loan by visiting any Branch.

It’s simple! We just need your cell phone number. Visit any branch to provide us with your number or call Customer Service 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-745-1011.

Yes. We don’t include any personal information in the text message and you won’t receive any unsolicited text messages.

You will receive the payment reminder text messages if your carrier supports text messaging. Check with your carrier for details.

Moneytree will send one payment reminder text message.

If you’ve provided Moneytree with your cell phone number, you will not receive a telephone or voicemail reminder. Customers that have not provided a cell phone number will continue to receive recorded reminder phone calls.
