Moneytree Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the entire loan process from application to approval and make sure you understand every step in the process.
At Moneytree, when a customer comes in for their first payday loan the transaction typically takes about 10 – 15 minutes and consists of these two steps:
- Complete a one-page Loan Application: this helps us determine how much you’re qualified to borrow.
- Once qualified, complete a short Loan Request Form and bring in a blank cheque or a bank statement with account information.
When the payday loan is due, you can either let the electronic payment deposit or return to the branch and pay cash, completing the loan process.
